Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. We ask that you please inspect your products immediately upon arrival. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All order placed on this website are final! Please make sure your order is correct before you place your order.

AGE VERIFICATION

All customers must agree to age verification through agechecker.net after placing an order. If your verification is denied, you may send an email to support@goldenleafshop.com for manual verification. 

If your order is not verified, Golden Leaf Shop reserves the right to hold your order.

 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

3rd Party Carriers will attempt to deliver and may leave the package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package. If you suspect your package is lost or stolen, contact support@goldenleafshop.com .

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@goldenleafshop.com to confirm your order complies with our return policy. After emailing, please send your item using a trackable shipment to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
We DO NOT offer refunds for any of our products. We can only offer exchanges or store credit for items that are completely unusable after opening (does not light up). This does not cover any "burnt, weird tasting or unsatisfactory" products. The products MUST be proven unusable with a video sent to our email: support@goldenleafshop.com
